- 1. Scope Confirm specification, numbers and dates etc. for work stream
- 2. Kick start meeting Agree details, establish relationships and team protocol
- 3. Initial surveys Initial property surveys
- 4. Information for costs Complete target cost pro-forma
- 5. Target cost Target cost issued for client approval
- 6. Pre-contract meeting Formal meeting between all parties to initiate contract
- 7. E-ordering Contractor calls off materials
- 8. Pilot properties live Commence work on pilot properties and feedback into target cost
- 9. E-delivery Delivery notes approved by contractor
- 10. E-invoicing Invoices passed for payment
